Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community to pre-commit funding of $1,500,000 against its 2011/12 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the Municipal Services Extension Construction Contract for the Corner Brook Regional Hospital.
