Under the authority of section 5 of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Susan Walsh as the Provincial Director of Child, Youth and Family Services, effective September 20, 2010, with her current secondment to Cabinet Secretariat to continue and her salary to be adjusted to an appropriate step on the HL-30 scale, and to appoint Ms. Michelle Shallow as the Provincial Director of Child, Youth and Family Services in a temporary capacity, effective September 20, 2010, until the permanent incumbent returns, at an appropriate step on the HL-30 scale.
