Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Pam Mitchell as Assistant Deputy Minister – Policy and Planning in the Department of Health and Community Services, effective September 27, 2010, with salary at Step 25 on the 1450 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan upon appointment, with general salary increases applicable to the executive to apply, and an additional $8,000 per annum in lieu of the Crown’s contribution to the Public Service Pension Plan on Ms. Mitchell’s behalf, in accordance with a contract on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
