Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Marilyn McCormack as Assistant Deputy Minister in the Fire and Emergency Services – Newfoundland and Labrador Agency within the Department of Municipal Affairs, effective immediately, at her existing salary and classification.
