Under the authority of paragraph 207(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Lottery Scheme to remove the requirement that lottery tickets expire twelve months from the date of the draw and to permit the Atlantic Lottery Corporation to set the expiry period as defined in the game conditions as specified on the ticket and/or on the Atlantic Lottery Corporation website, and Order in Council OC 1294-76 is amended accordingly.
