Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act,  the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 160 square metres situated at Oxley’s Pond, Deer Park, in the Electoral District of Placentia-St. Mary’s, to Jeffrey Benson for the purpose of a boathouse and wharf, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
