Under the authority of subsection 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land situated at Milan Arm, in the Electoral District of The Straits-White Bay North, to Wavey Greenham for the purpose of a recreational cottage, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
