Under the authority of section 7 of the Economic Diversification and Growth Enterprises Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to designate Berg Water (a division of 2001 Investments Limited), Mount Pearl as an EDGE company to be eligible to receive benefits for export sales only under the EDGE Program.
