Under the authority of section 7 of the Economic Diversification and Growth Enterprises Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development to provide Canada’s Original Iceberg Water Corporation an additional two-year extension on its conditional EDGE status, which will expire December 5, 2010, with the discretion of the Minister to grant an additional one-year extension, if necessary, based on circumstances at that time, to the terms & conditions to which Cabinet had previously agreed and as the company was advised on December 5, 2005 (MC 2007-0702 refers).
