Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act,  the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 116.22 square metres situated at South West Arm, Centreville-Wareham-Trinity, in the Electoral District of Bonavista North to Austin Rogers for the purpose of a boathouse and wharf subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences
