Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Environment and Conservation to pre-commit funding against budget appropriations for 2011-12 and 2012-13 to the maximum of $115,000 to facilitate the completion of the Memorandum of Understanding with the Canadian Firearms Program of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police on the Delivery and Maintenance of the Canadian Firearms Safety Course.
