Under the authority of section 23 of the Lobbyist Registration Act and under the Great Seal, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. LeeAnn L. Montgomery as the part-time Commissioner of Lobbyists, effective October 5, 2010, at a salary of $25,000, which salary shall be paid by the Department of Justice.
