Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Memorial University of Newfoundland to expend up to $28,800,000 to undertake the repairs, maintenance and improvements detailed in the Energy Performance contract with Honeywell Limited.
