Under the authority of subsection 4(1) of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) to provide an easement of approximately 530 m² to Newfoundland Power and Bell Canada, over MUN-owned property in Holyrood, to allow the companies to provide utility services to the Marine Institute’s Holyrood Marine Base.
