Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funding in the amount of $28,000,000 against 2011/12 budgetary appropriations, $30,900,000 against 2012/13 budgetary appropriations, and $14,449,000 against 2013/14 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the awarding of a tender for the construction of the West Patient Tower, Centre Block and Utility Building, St. John’s Long Term Care Facility, Phase 1 – Hoyles Escasoni Replacement to Marco Services
