Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown land for an area not exceeding 73 hectares, situated at Hatchet Cove in the Electoral District of Trinity North, to 11143 Newfoundland Limited for the purpose of an extension to a golf course, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such grants.
