Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation to pre-commit funding against its budgetary appropriations to provide for the administrative fees for the on-line ticketing system at the Arts and Culture Centres as follows: up to $100,000 in 2011/12 and up to $105,000 in each of 2012/13, 2013/14, 2014/15 and 2015/16, subject to the amount required for the administrative fee per ticket to be monitored by the Department on an ongoing basis with the allocation for this fee to be adjusted from year to year as required, based on actual ticket sales.
