Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Eastern Health to enter into a lease agreement with Martek Ltd. for 5,600 square feet of office space, located at Mount Pearl Square, for Health Information Services and Informatics, from October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2013 at a rental rate of $40 per square foot – $224,000 per annum plus HST.
