Under the authority of section 140(4) of the Labour Relations Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to set the rates of remuneration for members of the Industrial Inquiry Commission to address the Voisey’s Bay dispute at $350 per hour for the Inquiry Commission Chairperson and $300 per hour for Inquiry Commission Members.
