Under the authority of section 19 of the Statutes and Subordinate Legislation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Kimberly Hawley-George as Chief Legislative Counsel, effective January 4, 2011, with salary at Step 27 on the 1450 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with general salary increases applicable to the executive to apply, and with benefits to include payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland.
