Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Robert Thompson as Clerk of the Executive Council and Secretary to Cabinet, effective December 4, 2010, with salary to be determined and with general salary measures to apply in the interim, effective as of the date of this appointment.
