Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Richard Wardle as the Acting Deputy Minister of the Department of Natural Resources, effective December 4, 2010, with salary to be determined.
