Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint the Honourable Susan Sullivan to the Executive Council of the Province as the Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, Minister Responsible for the Rural Secretariat, Minister Responsible for the Status of Women, in addition to her current responsibilities as Minister Responsible for Francophone Affairs, effective December 6, 2010.
