Under the authority of section 57 of the Mental Health Care and Treatment Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following persons to the Mental Health Care and Treatment Review Board, each for a three-year term, effective immediately:

 a) Christina Kennedy, Lawyer Representative;
 b) Ian Wallace, Lawyer Representative;
 c) Dr. Ted Rosales, Physician Representative;
 d) Noreen Careen, Public Interest Representative;
 e) Sandra McKellar, Public Interest Representative;
 f) Chad Perrin, Public Interest Representative;
 g) Abigail Sheppard, Public Interest Representative;
 h) Jerry Vink, Public Interest Representative; and
 i) Jerry Young, Public Interest Representative.
