Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Dana Spurrell as Assistant Deputy Minister (Environment), in the Department of Municipal Affairs and Environment, effective May 19, 2017, with salary at Step 21 on the 1450 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
