Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to exempt the lease of school space by the Newfoundland and Labrador English School District from the Town of St. Alban’s, for the term January 20, 2017 to July 31, 2019, with an option for the Newfoundland and Labrador Eastern School District to renew the lease for two additional one-year terms, if necessary, on the same terms and conditions.
