Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the
Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Michelle Watkins as
Assistant Deputy Minister, Labrador Affairs, Office of the Executive Council, effective
September 20, 2022, at her current salary and on the 1450 point scale on the Executive
Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases
applicable to Executive to apply. (Revoked by OC2023-061)
