Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and upon the recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the Order entitled, Town of Long Harbour-Mount Arlington Heights Order, 2009 substantially along the lines of the draft contained in the Minister’s submission which alters the municipal boundary for the Town of Long Harbour-Mount Arlington Heights in line with the Town’s proposal.
