Under the authority of section 8 of the Interpretation Act and section 8 of the Research and Development Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to set remuneration of the Board of Directors of the Research & Development Corporation of Newfoundland and Labradorat level II, in accordance with approved Treasury Board guidelines, with the exception of Dr. Kari Kveseth who shall be allowed up to three days to travel to meetings and three days to travel from meetings, and Ms. Jacqueline Sheppard who shall be authorized for business class airline travel.
