Under the authority of section 145 of the Canada – Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make Regulations entitled “Offshore Certificate of Fitness Newfoundland and Labrador Regulations (Amendment)” a copy of which are attached to the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
