Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act
Under the authority of sections 10(2) and 15(3) of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Ed Drover as a part-time provincial member of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board, effective January 2, 2009, for a six year term.
