Under the authority of section 145 of the Canada – Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make Regulations entitled “Offshore Petroleum Drilling and Production Newfoundland and Labrador Regulations, 2009,” a copy of which are attached to the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
