Under the authority of section 39 of the “Embalmers and Funeral Directors Act” SNL 2008 c.E-7.1, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring the Act into force on January 1, 2010.
