Under the authority of section 28 of “Research and Development Council ActSNL2008” c.R-13.1, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring the Act into force upon publication of the proclamation in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
