Under the authority of section 6 of the Centre for Health Information Act, the Lieutenant Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Tony Wakeham to the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Centre for Health Information as a Representative of the Department of Health and Community Services for a three year term, effective December 2, 2009.
