Under the authority of section 7 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown , the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to add the Honourable Thomas J. Hedderson to the Cabinet Committee on Routine Matters/Appointments, effective December 10, 2009
