Under the authority of section 19 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council, whereas he considers it right and conducive to the public good, is pleased to authorize the remission of improperly imposed victim fine surcharges totaling $47,774.00 with refunds to be paid from the Provincial Revenue account within the Adult Corrections Activity.
