Under the authority of section 28 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following persons to the Provincial Court Judges’ Salary and Benefits Tribunal for a four-year period:

                                                              i)     Mr. Lewis B. Andrews, QC, Chairperson;

                                                              ii)   Mr. W. John Clarke, Member; and

                                                              iii)  Mr. David Norris, Member.
