Under the authority of section 22 of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Board of Regents of Memorial University of Newfoundland, effective December 6, 2009 until December 5, 2012:           i) Mary Cormier;

                                       ii) Michelle Daye;

                                       iii) Kathleen Roul; and

                                     iv) Sheila Ashton
