Under the authority of  section 357(2) of the Corporations Act, and upon the advice of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to execute a Conveyance of the interest of Her Majesty in Right of Newfoundland in and to the real property situate and being at Fogo, Newfoundland and Labrador, as described in the survey, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro Inc., without fee or cost, subject to the provision of an Indemnification by Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro Inc.
