Under the authority of section 3 of the Parliamentary Secretaries Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Wally Young as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, with effect from November 27, 2009.
