Under the authority of section 3 of the Parliamentary Secretaries Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Keith Hutchings as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Health and Community Services, with effect from November 27, 2009.
