Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. David Gale as the Deputy Minister, Special Projects-Negotiations, in the Public Service Secretariat, to conclude current contract negotiations, effective January 13, 2009, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with future assignments in accordance with a letter to be filed with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
