Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act, section 5 of the Financial Administration Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Rebecca Roome as the Deputy Minister of the Public Service Secretariat in Executive Council and Deputy Secretary to Treasury Board, effective January 13, 2009, with salary at Step 33 of the 2328 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan.
