Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Rick Hayward as the Acting Deputy Minister of the Department of Education, effective January 13, 2009, with salary in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
