Under the authority of section 25 of the Energy Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to execute a guarantee to the partners in the White Rose Growth Lands Development Project to support specific obligations of Oil and Gas Corporation of Newfoundland and Labrador Inc. arising from its acquisition of a 5.0% interest in the project.
