Under the authority of section 33 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to enter into an agreement with Husky Oil Operations Limited, Suncor Energy Inc., and Nalcor Energy – Oil and Gas Inc. in accordance with documents on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
