Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Brian Miller as the Assistant Deputy Minister (Labour Relations) in the Human Resource Secretariat, Executive Council, on an acting basis, effective October 21, 2013, at his current salary and Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan and with general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
