Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Justice and Public Safety to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations:
a) $118,090 per annum until November 30, 2021, to lease space in Mount Pearl;
b) $170,506 per annum until March 31, 2019, to lease space in Happy Valley – Goose Bay; and
c) $1,779,738 per annum until March 31, 2022, and $2,050,488 per annum thereafter until March 31, 2027, to lease space in St. John’s.
