Under the authority of subsection 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Justice and Public Safety to lease 6,748 square feet of space from the City of Mount Pearl for a term up to and including November 30, 2021, at an annual rental rate of $118,090 exclusive of HST.
